International customers
Check your countries laws before ordering any products from our store. we do not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law, It is the sole responsibility of the customer to establish the legality of possession and importation of our products in their country or region.
All goods are shipped from the UK, Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
We are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation
If we believe you will not agree to the terms and conditions your order will not be dispatched and a refund will be given.
Postage within the UK
We offer 3 uk delivery services - Special Delivery, 1st class recorded deliveru and standard 1st class delivery. A signature may be required on arrival for orders shipped via recorded or special delivery.
- Uk standard delivery is only 99p (£0.99) but there is no compensation for lost packages, standard delivery orders can take 2 - 5 days to arrive. This method is only reccomended for small orders and is not made available for orders over £100. No tracking number is available for UK standard delivery orders.
- Special delivery is our fastest delivery method and is priced at £5.99, Orders shipped via this method usually arrive within 1 - 2 days (usually next day if ordered before 2.30pm). Tracking is available for orders shipped via this method and will be shown online in your account.
International Shipping
Standard International shipping is charged at a set rate of £2.50.
Standard international delivery is shipped via the Royal mail 1st class airmail service. No signature should be required on delivery.. But we can unfortunately also offer no tracking services or compensation for lost orders shipped via this method. This method is only recommended for small orders.
Recorded / Airsure delivery is our fastest and most secure international postage method. This is priced at £7.50 and is recommended for larger orders. Recorded international packages are always shipped via the fastest Royal mail postal service available to your location, Usually this is Airsure, If Airsure is not available your order will be shipped via the Royal mail 1st class international signed for service (airmail). Changes to these terms
NaughtyPlantFood.com reserves the right to change this privacy statement in its sole and absolute discretion. Any changes to the Naughtplantfood.com Privacy Statement will be communicated through this site at least five days in advance of implementation and will apply only to to nonpublic personal information collected from you after the date of implementation.
