Shipping
Sales that have payment completed weekdays before 2.00pm ( Monday – Friday ) will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders received after 2.00pm or on a weekend will be shipped the next working day.
All orders are shipped via the Royal Mail postal service.
We offer 2 uk delivery services - Special Delivery and 1st class delivery. A signature may be required on arrival for orders shipped via recorded or special delivery.
- Uk 1st class delivery is only 99p, but there is no compensation for lost packages, standard delivery orders can take 2 - 5 days to arrive. This method is only reccomended for small orders and is not made available for orders over £150.
- Special delivery is our fastest delivery method and is priced at £5.99, Orders shipped via this method usually arrive within 1 - 2 days (usually next day if ordered before 2.30pm). Tracking is available
Please note: WE WILL NOT REPLACE ORDERS LOST IN THE POST UNLESS SIGNED FOR, AIRSURE OR SPECIAL DELIVERY HAS BEEN SELECTED. ( i.e we will not replace standard delivery orders )
We also offer 2 international services, delivery is only available to countries within europe. We cannot ship to America.
1st class International shipping is charged at a set rate of £2.50.
Standard international delivery is shipped via the Royal mail 1st class airmail service. No signature should be required on delivery.. But we can unfortunately also offer no tracking services or compensation for lost orders shipped via this method. This method is only recommended for small orders.
Airsure delivery is our fastest and most secure international postage method. This is priced at £7.50 and is recommended for larger orders. Recorded international packages are always shipped via the fastest Royal mail postal service available to your location, Usually this is Airsure, If Airsure is not available your order will be shipped via the Royal mail 1st class international signed for service (airmail).
International delivery time is dependent on location.
Estimated delivery time for Standard international delivery is 3 - 14 days... It has come to our attention that orders outside of Europe can sometimes take longer than the official delivery times offered by the royal mail, Please allow upto 2 weeks for international standard delivery orders outside of Europe, status updates are provided online in your account, but no tracking number is available for standard delivery.
Airsure estimated delivery time is 2 - 8 days.
Airsure is available to the following countries;
Andorra, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Faroe Islands, France, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Countries not listed, Recorded orders will be shipped via the royal mail 1st class international signed for service (airmail). You can still track these orders online but they can often take 1 -2 days longer than Airsure orders.
All goods are shipped from the UK, Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
We advise all international customers to check their local laws before ordering any of our products.
We value all our customers privacy - All orders are shipped in discreet unbranded packaging... Orders are shipped as plant treatments.
We are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation
A note about the Royal Mail
The Royal Mail is the UK national postal service.
As a company we have become almost obsessed with ensuring that any orders placed before 2pm get mailed to the customer on the same day or the very next day for orders after 2pm.
We have done this for one major reason....we have had a number of problems with Royal Mail here in the UK. The delivery times that we have advertised on our website have been taken directly from the Royal mail which is based on the level of postal service that they are offering, It has come to our attention that the promised delivery times are not always met with international orders especially those going to locations outside of europe.
For this reason we ask customers residing outside Europe to please allow 2 weeks before contacting customer support about lost orders, Tracking numbers for recorded and special delivery orders will show online in your account as will the status of your order, you will also receive an email from us when your order has been shipped. Special delivery orders generally arrive within the noted delivery time.
Unfortunately we have been unable to find a alternative to Royal Mail that is both cost effective for us and for our customers. Royal Mails service is also often
We are in a situation where we have no choice but to use Royal mail and to be fair perhaps 90% of customer orders arrive on schedule.
The best way to ensure fast delivery is to pay a little extra for 'Airsure' for international Orders or 'Special Delivery' for UK orders...Special delivery is usually guaranteed next day delivery (but can sometimes take 2), Airsure is advertised by the Royal mail as 2 - 4 days and this is accurate to most countries.
It should be added that the majority of other websites selling similar products from the UK will also be using Royal Mail services and hence although they may not be open about it, will be subject to the same delivery restrictions.
Order status
You can check your order status at any time by going to the account page of our website (you will need to login with the email and password you gave at checkout). This will show a list of your most recent orders. Clicking the black "view order" button next to any of these orders will bring up the order details, The order status will be shown below the heading "Order Status History & Comments". Any tracking information will be shown in the comments*
Order statuses
The following order statuses may be used for your order:
- Awaiting payment
- This means that we have not yet received your payment, this is the default status for orders made via direct bank transfer. If your order is still displaying this status message 3 days after you have submitted payment, please contact customer support.
- Processing
- We have received your order and payment. Your order is being processed, Please note that it can take upto 24 hours for updates to appear so your order may have already been shipped
- Shipped
- Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. This is the final status message, This message will not change unless there is a problem with your order.
- On Hold
- There is a problem with your order and we have placed it on hold. If you have not received any contact from us, please contact customer support to resolve this issue. Your order will not be shipped whilst it is displaying this status
- Cancelled
- Your order has been cancelled and will not be shipped.. If you believe this to be an error please contact support.
- Refunded
- This order has been refunded and will not be shipped... Please allow upto 48 hours for refunds. If you have not received a refund, please contact support.
- Payment not received (cancelled)
- Payment has not been received for this order so it has been cancelled, We will not be looking for payments for this order. Please contact support if you would still like to place this order.
* Please note that the online order status was implemented January 24th (2011), orders before this date may not show accurate order status or tracking information. Additionally it may take upto 24 hours for status updates to show online.
Tracking information
Tracking is available for all orders shipped via Uk 1st class recorded, special delivery, Airsure and International signed for. Tracking information will show in the comments section of each order. (see above.)
It can take upto 24 hours for tracking information to display on your order after it has been marked as shipped.
Tracking is not available for UK standard delivery or standard international airmail.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns.
Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded, if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.
